HepaRG cells exposed to 7500 uM 4-(methylnitrosamino)-1-(3-pyridyl)-1-butanone (dissolved in 0.5% v/v DMSO) for 72 hours. In order to establish ectopic models, cells were injected subcutaneously into the flank regions. The mice were euthanized after two weeks.
