Metastatic liver tissue samples from human epithelial malignant melanoma A-375 cell line-derived xenograft (CDX) generated in mice prior to treatment with anti-miR (25mg/kg). A-375 cells stably transduced with the luciferase expression vector (A375-Luc) were injected into the spleens of NOD/Scid/IL2gR-/- (NOG) mice after surgical incision on the left subcostal margin.
