Proerythroblast differentiated from IRF2 (interferon regulatory factor 2) shRNA transduced hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells (CD34+). CD34+ hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells (HSC) were transduced with lentivirus expressing shRNA targeting IRF2 gene with following differentiation to the erythroid lineage.
