Monocyte-derived dendritic cells (mdDC) harvested after 6 days of differentiation with GM-CSF and IL-4 and 3 days of stimulation with LPS. CD14+ monocytes were isolated from peripheral blood of healthy donors by magnetic separation and cultured in RPMI-10 medium with 50 ng/ml GM-CSF and 25 ng/ml IL-4 for dendritic cell differentiation.
