Experimental keratinocyte differentiation study 2 (ZNF750 siRNA)
ZNF750 (zinc finger protein 750) depleted primary neonatal keratinocytes differentiated with 1.2 mM calcium for 3 days. Keratinocytes obtained from freshly isolated foreskin were grown in keratinocyte-SFM medium supplemented with epidermal growth factor and bovine pituitary extract.
